Dr. Ira Helfand is Co-President of the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War. He is also the founding partner of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), the recipient of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize!

In this talk, we focus on solutions. The UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons was adopted by 122 States in favour (with one vote against and one abstention). It will soon enter into force after being ratified by 50 of those nations. When that happens, how will it be enforced? How can we, the people, join in enforcing it?
